Furnished with antiques, hand-loomed rugs and lush draperies, Goldilocks is a cozy retreat after a day of hiking or skiing. Relax in front of the wood stove in the cabin's spacious great room, with high beamed ceilings and antler chandeliers, there is a grill on the back deck or retreat to the roomy master suite.

The fully-equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and every convenience, including seating and place settings for six. The ladder in the great room leads to the comfortable sleeping loft—a favorite with older children—which has a full-sized bed, night stands and shelves for storage. The master suite has a sitting area, an antique four-poster bed, complete with a sumptuous mattress, a television, and a private deck with two twig chairs and a table.

This Stowe cabin is also pet friendly. Approved well-behaved pets are always welcome at Goldilocks.
