The bright and sunny dining room area leads to the living room with comfy furniture centered around a large screen TV and wood-pellet stove-providing beautiful ambience. The main level is also home to a King bedroom and shower bathroom with a crisp and modern makeover.
The upper level of this home features a spacious Queen bedroom, a bunk room with a twin over a double bed, a shared full bath, a game room with a 3 in 1 game table-easy to swap between pool, ping pong and air hockey for hours of fun! A nice bonus room with futon couch, TV and plenty of board games. The lower level of the home provides even more space with a rec/workout space and laundry. Top bunk is not suitable for adults.

This property is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts with walking access to the VAST trail system, 3 miles to the village and just 10 miles to Stowe Mountain. Nearby walking & hiking trails: Steps away from the VAST trail, the Catamount trail and thousands of acres of state forest accessed by parking at Sterling Gorge Road, park in the lot to the right of the road before the bridge. Maple Run is open to the public for year-round non-motorized, non-commercial recreation and can be accessed via the extensive network of hiking and Cross Country ski trails in Sterling Valley.
