First floor has an open floor plan with well equipped custom kitchen with cherry cabinetry and beautiful country style dining table. The dining area opens to a 30 ft deck and private yard with woodland views. During the warmer months an outside dining table, chairs and Weber Gas grill completes the deck. Weber Gas grill is available on the deck during the winter months also.
The 4 bedrooms and two bath configuration can comfortably accommodate 10 adults with additional twin beds for children. The first floor bedroom has a queen bed and one set of bunk beds. Two bedrooms on the second floor have a double bed and one twin. Another bedroom on the second floor has a queen bed and one bunk bed set. There is a full bath and laundry area on the first floor. A second bath with double vanity is on the second floor.
Amenities: All the comforts of home are provided with Wi-Fi, A/C, washer & dryer, linens, plenty of towels, firewood + kindling for living room fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, paper products, cleaning supplies, spices, condiments, etc. For your convenience, firewood + kindling are stacked in the basement. There is also a workbench in the basement for tuning skis/bikes. Immaculately maintained.
