Steps away from the outdoor swimming pool and tennis courts not to mention it is a ski-in ski-out unit at the mountain. This is a walk out unit which walks out back to a lovely common area with a tranquil brook. A short drive up to the mountain resort as well as to the village with access to the free ski shuttle and recreational bike path. The Master bedroom features a King sized bed, TV and attached full bath, the second bedroom has 3 twin beds and a shower bath. Living room is comfortable with gas fireplace and large flat screen TV. Dining table for 6 and fully equipped kitchen.
The Toll House lift: The Toll House lift services a natural snow area. Operation may be limited early and late season. The ski-in/out trails are maintained by Stowe Mountain Resort and access may be limited. Ski-in via Easy Mile and Home Run Trails! The heated outdoor Pool and tennis courts are open during summer months from Memorial day to Labor day. Gas BBQ grill is provided by the pool with lots of seating.
The perfect location for a winter getaway where you can ski down to the toll road lift and ski back to the condo development at the end of the day. Near everything that's happening in Stowe, shopping in the village, breweries abound on the route 100 IPA Highway. Golf, Tennis, swimming, hiking, a busy day here in the summer and don't forget to relax by the pool to end your day just steps away from this wonderful ground floor unit.
